How do I get items in the Featured Posts carousel? No README.TXT file in the theme, no OBVIOUS theme settings, no wonder I don’t use WP!

Developers like README and INSTALL and CHANGELOG and other *.txt files that tell them what the original developer was thinking. My new theme has none of such files and it kinda drives me crazy. I’m going to tag this post as ‘featured’ and see what happens. Then, I’ll probably hack the files since WP is gracious enough to allow anyone to write PHP in the admin.
